Carnisseria Rosa is a traditional butcher in the Sants neighbourhood of Barcelona. A small shop with a serious product.

What matters to us fits in a sentence: honest produce and real service. We know who buys from us and who sells to us. People come here for meat, but also to ask, to be advised, and to leave knowing exactly what they’re cooking tonight.

How we work

Known origin

We choose produce by origin and by trust, not by catalogue. We know where each piece comes from.

Cut by hand

No machine deciding the thickness. Each cut is considered, measured and served.

Aged on time

Pieces that need it rest in the chamber for as long as they need. Flavour cannot be rushed.

Counter advice

We tell you how to cook it, in which pan, on which heat. If we have a recipe, we hand it over.
